Carolina is a top-flight insurance superstar. Her courtesy and professionalism puts her head and shoulders above lesser souls in this competitive field. She understands better than most that life does what it does; it happens. I’ve had other agents dish out subdued scorns, as my own experience has been battered and shows virtual ‘contusions’. While Carolina is a businesswoman, she is no soft touch. What sets Carolna apart is that she sees another human being in the chair across from her, not just another ‘income stream’. Carolina’s attentive empathy sets her and Stanley Insurance apart; she *helps people* instead of just *servicing clients*. I recently switched from State Farm to a Progressive policy from Stanley Insurance. Rachel was kind, very knowledgeable & saved us over 50 a month. She’s also an excellent Notary that we’ve used on several occasions. Love having a local agent who cares.

Love Stanley Auto Insurance. This is what I would consider a boutique insurance company in the heart of Austin’s hippest corridor. If you’re tired of never being able to visit with your provider in person, you really should check this out! They provide big name insurance but with an Austin-centric-vibe! I even met the owner here, and she personally went out of her way to provide the most amazing service. My quote was more affordable than shopping on my own, and I haven’t always been the best driver. Lol.

The initial experience I had at Stanley insurance was completely amazing! Linda Trejo has an exceptional amount of concern and care for her customers. Her love for our Lord and savior Jesus Christ really shines through when she speaks. My business will remain with this company because of Linda’s relational care!
